language and literacy challenges. As you consider instructional
providers or referrals to Lindamood-Bell, please note the difference
between Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes and any third-party provider
offering instruction.
As recognition of the name “Lindamood-Bell” has grown, so has the
number of third-party providers using our name and our programs.
Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes is an organization that was founded
and has been continuously owned by the authors of unique programs—but
our organization is more than our instructional programs. Through
twenty-four years of innovation, we have created operational and
instructional standards to help ensure accurate diagnoses and
appropriate instruction for every student.
• We have a Director of Instruction to help ensure quality language
and literacy intervention for each student at our School Services
projects and in our 43 Learning Centers throughout the United States,
the United Kingdom, and Australia.
• We use video conferencing to enable me and other instructional
leaders to observe and interact during clinical instruction in each of
our Learning Centers.
• We created Instructional Development Workshops to standardize
training for our staff to help ensure appropriate intervention, with
appropriate pacing, is given to each student.
• We have layers of instructional staff to oversee the progress of
each student: Clinicians, Consultants, Mentors, Associate Center
Directors, Center Directors, and Regional Directors.
Along with these standards for delivering quality instruction, we seek
to continually improve our instructional methodologies, and we conduct
and fund independent research on the viability and effectiveness of our
instructional programs. No one can match our experience, our quality
of instruction, our commitment to ongoing research and development, and
our passion to constantly expand the implementation and success of our
instructional programs.
