Workshop Capacity:

Genuine SealMost of our hosted workshops are held at venues such as hotels. Some, however, are held at various Lindamood-Bell® Centers. Capacity at programs scheduled in Lindamood-Bell® Centers is very limited, depending on the location. Register early for these workshops for the best chance of obtaining a space.

FaxFAX: You may fax a completed registration form with a credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or a signed Purchase Order. The registration fax number is 1-805-541-9332.

PAYMENT
• If you are paying with a check, it must be included with your registration form.
• If you are paying with a credit card, the number must be included; only Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
• You may register over the phone if you are paying with one of the above cards. Call 800-233-1819 Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.
• If you are paying with a Purchase Order (PO), it must be numbered, signed, and included with your registration form. Purchase "requisitions" are not accepted.

WORKSHOP TIMES
All workshops run daily from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.   Registration starts at 7:30 am.  Register on the first day of each workshop only.
*London workshops run daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Registration starts at 8:30 am. Register on the first day of each workshop only.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
If you have not received registration confirmation within two weeks of the start of the workshop, you may not be registered.  Call the Workshop Division at 800-233-1819, ext. 138, to check your registration status.

EXPENSE DISCLAIMER
All other expenses are the responsibility of the workshop participant.   These expenses may include, but are not limited to, lodging, parking fees, and meals. Parking fees vary widely. Please contact the workshop location in advance of the program for costs.

REFUND POLICY
Cancel 30 days or more before the event:  100% refund
Cancel within 30 days of the event:  100% refund less $40 service charge.
Cancel after the start of the workshop:  NO REFUND

REFRESHMENTS
Beverages are served in the morning and afternoon.   You are on your own for lunch.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Within 2 weeks of the start of a workshop, only phone or fax registrations accepted.  Payment must be made with a credit card or a faxed purchase order.  A purchase "requisition" is not acceptable.  Call for characteristics of acceptable purchase orders. 

PHONE MENTOR SUPPORT
Phone Mentor Support is a valuable new resource now available to all Lindamood-Bell® workshop attendees. This resource gives you the opportunity to speak with a Lindamood-Bell® Program Specialist who can answer your questions regarding the steps of our programs.

To be eligible for Phone Mentor Support, the first call must be made within one year of workshop attendance. Attendees will have 90 days of support from the date of the first call. Call extension 165 in our Conferences and Professional Workshops Division for more information or to make an appointment to speak with a Program Specialist.
