| Congratulations to Monaco Elementary School in Colorado!
Your
3rd grade CSAP scores broke the barrier of the achievement gap with the
percentage of those categorized as "Proficient and Advanced" going from
33% in 2010 to 70% in 2011.
This
gain of 37% is a significant improvement beyond the state average of 3%
and the rest of the district average improvement of 11%.
In addition to this, your percentage of "Unsatisfactory" decreased by 20%!
Never
again let it be said that a school who has over 92% of their students
qualifying for "free and reduced lunch" can't achieve great educational
results.
