For more than 15 years, Lindamood-Bell has collaborated with schools and districts to implement school partnerships that provide students with more effective instruction by offering professional development for teachers and other district staff. In the early 1990s we recognized that, by training teachers to implement our programs, our instructional methodology could be scaled up to service schools or districts and provide an optimal learning environment for school improvement. Utilizing the best Response to Intervention practices for language and literacy development, our model for school improvement continues to dramatically increase and sustain student achievement in all areas – not just the Common Core.
